THE RETREAT II: BEAUTIFY YOUR SOUL

How does the Torah feel about beauty? Is this something we value? That we should strive to attain? What is true beauty?
Our second retreat centered around something we, as women, naturally gravitate towards.
We opened the day with Rachel Ashkenazi's discussion on the beauty of life and growth and followed with Marjorie Salem delving into the beautiful spaces in the Torah.
We then created picture frames to enhance our own spaces with Serene Azar.
After a gourmet lunch we discussed the Torah perspective on women's beauty with Raquel Franco and ended with Marilyn Serure leading us on a meditative journey to manifest beauty in our lives.
It was a "beautiful" and enlightening day shared with a "beautiful" group of women!
