CHAYE SARAH

Imagine a life lived as it was meant — grounded, joyful, and full of quiet faith.
Where we meet Hashem not just in the highs and lows, but in the rhythm of our everyday lives.

Imagine sharing that journey — and building soul-level relationships along the way.

Through honest writing, rich conversation, and real-life experiences, we give form to this vision — bringing sacred spirituality into every step of life — and life into every step of that wisdom.
Together.

Welcome to Chaye Sarah.

OUR
STORY

Several years ago a Kabbalist encouraged me to strengthen my trust in Hashem. He suggested I partner with a friend and learn together a few minutes each day. I had always been drawn to learning and spirituality but this daily process had a huge impact on me, I was now experiencing G-d much more deeply. I began to take a step back, to have patience and allow Hashem the space to do things His way.

At the same time, I delved into more sophisticated Torah thought and attended more classes. I was fascinated by the relationship between our physical and spiritual selves and the interplay between our intellect and emotions and its effects on our spirituality.

Taking a writing class encouraged me to begin sharing some of my writings. With this sharing came soulful connections, inspiration from others and ultimately the creation of in-person experiences we could enjoy together.

My only intent is to share what I and others have learned, to create a collaborative space of knowledge and growth, while contributing to our collective inspiration. Chaye Sarah is this mission.

As women, we all possess an innate connection to Hashem, to right and wrong, to profound understanding. Together, we can each deepen our inherent strengths and live within our holy purpose.

May we all be like Sarah Imenu who has successfully elevated her physicality to spirituality and who serves as the paradigm of inspiration for Jewish women everywhere.

XO,
